Quality leads to security
We regularly receive positive feedback regarding the quality of our products and services from both our customers and our partners. We are very proud of these appraisals – however, we do not see our quality assurance system as being at a standstill, but instead we are working together to constantly improve it.
As part of the continuous improvement process (CIP), we have developed our process-oriented quality management system further and are now working in line with standards that greatly exceed the demands of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 or API Q1, for example. It goes without saying that we have been certified according to these quality guidelines for a number of years.
We guarantee our high standards of quality along the entire production chain with help
- from specially selected suppliers, who match the high standards of our quality management system and meet them on a regular basis
- an extensive quality test point fitted with the most cutting-edge equipment
- a documented and uninterrupted traceable manufacturing process
- sustainable further development based on suggestions for improvement from our employees or from our internal CIP programme.
This approach enables us to guarantee the highest quality steel products in our role as a producer, and ensure we will able be able to meet the highest demands in the future. Official and internal quality standards based on concrete customer requirements serve as a guideline in this respect.
