We offer training places in both the commercial and technical department. In-house instructors provide the necessary specialist and personal support throughout the entire training period. If you choose the technical department, you will be prepared for work in the factory through a cooperation with the Siegen-Giesweid BBZ training centre.
We provide training for the following careers:
- Industrial management assistant (m/f)
- Industrial mechanic (m/f)
- Industrial electronics technician (m/f)
- Technical product designer (m/f)
- Mechatronics engineer (m/f)
- Cutting machine engineer (m/f)
As a rule, our company offers training that goes above and beyond its own needs in order to provide young people with access to solid professional training.
This means that we cannot guarantee that everyone will receive fixed employment following their training. However, we endeavour to keep our former trainees on board by offering them long-term contracts with the company.
