In order to ensure that this is also the case in the future, Flender offers its employees regular opportunities to obtain further qualifications and it goes without saying that they receive all of the social services that a modern company should provide.

Flender also feels particularly responsible when it comes to ecological matters. That is why, in all of our production processes, we only utilise raw materials, consumables and operating supplies that have to meet the strictest environmental norms and relevant standards before our quality management approves them for use in production.

Flender has been using its own family values as a basis for taking care of its social responsibility for decades and regularly supports social projects.
